Return Policy Overview

We do not accept returns unless the part is faulty.
 

Eligible Returns (Faulty Items Only)

  • Faulty Products: If a part is defective or not working as intended, we will first attempt to replace the item.
  • If a Replacement Is Unavailable: A return will be accepted, and a refund will be processed.
 

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Change of Mind: Returns are not accepted if the customer simply changes their mind.
  • Installation Issues: No return is accepted if the item could not be installed due to customer-side issues.
  • Installed or Used Items: Once installed or used, items are no longer eligible for return.
  • Electrical Components: These cannot be returned due to their sensitive nature.
 

Return Process for Faulty Items

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
