At AAA Auto Parts, we are committed to providing quality used auto parts and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Returned parts must be original, uninstalled, and free from damage.
  • Documentation: The original invoice or proof of purchase must accompany all returns.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Special Orders: Custom or specially ordered parts are non-returnable.
  • Electrical Components: Due to their nature, electrical parts are not eligible for return.
  • Installed Parts: Parts installed or used are not eligible for return.

 

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at 0401 007 003 or email info@aaaautoparts.com.au to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Authorisation: Obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) before returning the item.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error we made.
  4. Inspection: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
  5. Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within seven business days.

 

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
